With especially good books, too. It's in danger of falling over.
Due to the fact, I checked out a book (The Harlequin by LKH), it has to be back in two weeks, and I'm reading Dirty by Megan Hart for a bookclub, I'm reading two books right now. And Harry Potter is waiting in the wings. Don't usually read two at once. But maybe I should. So the TBR pile doesn't become a health hazard.
How many books are in your TBR pile right now? What's next on the list?

I'd have to get under my bed to do an accurate count - believe me, THAT'S a health hazard - but I'll guess around 75-100!
I just glanced at the shelf where I keep my TBR. Looks like about 50 right now. Next up is All Together Dead by Charlaine Harris. I've liked the series so far, but reviews of this one have made me a bit wary.
TBR = I have to count them?!?
Luckily for me, I read about 5-10 different books at a time and I finish about 3 per week, more if they're comic books.
I have a ton of books. I buy to support the authors (saleswise) and so I have a pile of TBR books that overflowth to infinity.
